For the past few weeks I’ve been on a journey to become a healthier person. This time I have the discipline and ambition to get to my goal. I haven’t been drinking soda for 4+ months and it feels amazing. I’m doing an hour of exercise every day and it gives me more energy. I’ve been eating healthy stuff using the correct portions. I’ve lost 4 pounds this past week alone.
It is such a great feeling to lose weight and exercise. I want to go back to my physical shape when I was in High School, I looked great and felt great. I’ve set my goal, and I will get there.
The best thing about this journey is that I’m doing it for me. I would never change for anybody or fall to the pressure of others. This is something that I’ve been wanting to do for a long time and I finally have the necessary discipline to do it.Related posts:
