Keep Calm and Carry On

You’re probably familiar with that phrase. It was featured on a poster made by the British government during the beginning of World War II (1939), this poster was rediscovered in 2000 and since then we’ve pretty much seen them everywhere.

I’ve seen many variations of that poster and I love it. I found the font used for the poster online a few months ago and decided to make a couple of posters of my own. I’ll probably even print a few and frame them for my room. I made simple posters with the same style as the original (with the crown at the top). Made one in purple with the original phrase and two more with variations that occured to me, don’t know if people have used the same phrase.

If you’d like one, let me know the color and phrase and I will try my best to get back to you. It might take a while.

Do you like the posters? What are some of your favorites you’ve seem online?

I've seen the keep calm posters but I had no idea about the history of them. You learn something new every day. :) Lor
