My fiancé’s DDP Yoga Review

Fiancé's DDP Yoga Review

You might remember back in 2012 when I wrote about the DDP Yoga exercise program. I had mentioned that my boyfriend and I had just ordered the DDP Yoga combo pack and were very excited to try it.

Fast forward almost two years, this program has been a salvation for both of us. It has improved our back problems, and given us a better type of energy that we didn’t have before. It was been an amazing journey but we still have a long way to go, we’re still just getting started, and we can take our workouts to another level. Little by little, we’ll get there.

My fiancé is part of a wrestling podcast and he decided to record a DDP Yoga review where he talks about his experience and shows you some basic/intermediate moves. After watching the review, I definitely agree with his opinions regarding the program and I invite you to watch his review. This program can change your life, if you’re open to new options and making your life (and health) better.

Health & Wellness

For the past few months, my life has taken a crazy turn and it has been a joy to experience it. As I mentioned on a previous post, I’ve been going through a hard time and my mental health was in a down-spiral. Therapy has really helped in finding better ways to deal with my anxiety and other struggles, but I think the greatest resource I’ve had to get better is changing my perspective, and gaining motivation.

Eating better and exercising frequently has contributed tremendously and I’m so happy that I stuck with it and didn’t give up, like I usually did. I really can’t say it enough, this new phase has given me a great desire to lead my life in the healthiest way possible, both physically and emotionally.

I still have my bad moments, deep struggles usually take a long time to be resolved, but I’m confident I’ll get there. For now, I’m just grateful that it’s getting better (and easier) every day. The greatest thing of all, I have people who support me and keep encouraging me, which makes me really, really happy.
