I recently ordered a DDP Yoga package so I can start doing it with my boyfriend. The package arrived last Thursday and will begin doing it tomorrow. I wanted to wait until the start of the week, that way it’s easier to keep track of the progress. This yoga program was developed by Diamond Dallas Page, a former professional wrestler. After doing some research, I found so many people that have done DDP Yoga and seen great results. These workouts were designed to have no impact on your joints, increase flexibility, do core strength conditioning, gain lean muscle and cut body fat safely, and there have been amazing weight loss results.

I ordered the Combo Pack, it includes the Pack 1 (6 Beginner, Intermediate to Advanced workouts) and Pack 2 (5 Intermediate to Advanced workouts for those familiar with DDP Yoga). All packs include the audio MP3 versions and digital subscriptions to MMA Worldwide and Tapout magazines.

  1. Sounds like fun! I’ve always wanted to try yoga but I’m not very flexible…maybe during the summer I’ll give it a shot. Good luck and have fun.

  2. DDP Yoga feature Yoga, as well as strength training and other methods, so it’s a nice combination that keeps you from getting bored. We’re starting together tomorrow, so I’m looking forward to it as well. :)

  3. Yoga is one of the best exercises which I really anted to try but I have no idea how to.. Maybe I am just very busy at work..

    1. It’s going really well, it has given me more energy and I feel so much better after every workout. Can’t wait to see the difference in a few months :)

  4. I have been doing some of the short videos that I can find to see if I will like this and I do. It is different then regular yoga. I am definately considering the purchase: }

  5. I’m thinking about ordering it, but I’m curious. Have you seen any results yet in the weight lose area?

    1. Several of the DDP Yoga workouts are under 45 minutes and very effective. For example: “Red Hot Core” is 13 minutes long. “Fat Burner” is 25 minutes long. “Mixtape” and “Strength Builder” are 35 minutes long. There are more workouts under 45 minutes that you can do.

      I definitely recommend DDP Yoga for those that want to get a quick (under an hour) workout every day and still feel a difference in your strength and body in general.
