I’ve been eating better and working out regularly for the past few months and you can definitely notice how powerful your body is. You can notice an impressive change (even if others can’t) just by being consistent and stopping eating bad stuff.
This quote is so true, I found this image months ago while browsing a Google+ Fitness community and saved it to my computer. I look at it every now and then for motivation. If you’re truly motivated, it’s amazing what you can make your body do, and keep it in sync with your mind. The benefits of doing this are great as well: you can concentrate better, you have more energy, you feel less anxious about a lot of things and it just makes you feel better as whole.
The thing is, if you want to be healthy, lose weight or workout, you don’t need any fancy “diets” or expensive personal trainers. You can do this all from the comfort of your own home if you don’t feel like going to a gym. It’s just having the willpower to keep going and knowing what works for you.
Don’t let anybody bring you down, set some goals, achieve them.
